Credentials or Qualifications:

• 11+ years of interior design or architectural experience within hospitality, luxury residential, and retail environments.

• Professional certification or registration is an asset (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED AP, PMP).

• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Credentials or Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Architecture, or a related discipline

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NCIDQ, LEED AP) considered an asset, but not required

• Familiarity with OAA standards/ OBC knowledge

• 8+ years of project management experience within interior design, architecture, or related fields, experience working with luxury clients or brands is a plus

• Software proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and other Project management tools, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp considered an asset

• Strong skills in Project & Client Management, Budget & Cost Management, Schedule Management, Technical Documentation

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing more than one complex mid to large scale full project lifecycle – concept through construction and installation
