The Project Leader is responsible for the successful delivery of hospitality and luxury interior environments, leading projects from concept through execution while balancing design integrity, technical coordination, team performance, and client outcomes. This role oversees project direction, drives execution strategy, and ensures alignment between the design vision, schedule, and buildability.
Working closely with Project Directors and senior design staff, the Project Leader leads internal teams, coordinates external consultants and clients, and maintains momentum across all phases of work. This role combines leadership, communication, technical oversight, and operational accountability to ensure projects are delivered with clarity, consistency, and excellence.
Credentials or Qualifications:
11+ years of interior design or architectural experience within hospitality, luxury residential, and retail environments.
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Professional certification or registration is an asset (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED AP, PMP).
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong technical capability in Rhino and/or Revit is an asset.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or complex projects through all project phases.
Responsibilities include:
Owns full project delivery across all phases, balancing design vision, technical execution, timelines, budgets, and client expectations

Working closely with the Project Leader, the Senior Interior Designer leads large scopes within a project, driving design direction, coordinating across disciplines, and resolving challenges with minimal oversight. This role balances hands-on design contribution with team leadership, providing clear direction, mentoring junior staff, and strengthening overall team performance.
Credentials or Qualifications:
7-12 years of interior design or architectural experience within hospitality, luxury residential, and retail environments.
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Professional certification or progress toward certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED AP, PMP) is an asset

Studio Paolo Ferrari is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in the interior design or Architecture industry to lead luxury hospitality projects from concept to completion, ensuring that the design vision is executed with precision, integrity and excellence.
Credentials or Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Architecture, or a related discipline
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NCIDQ, LEED AP) considered an asset, but not required
Familiarity with OAA standards/ OBC knowledge
8+ years of project management experience within interior design, architecture, or related fields, experience working with luxury clients or brands is a plus
Software proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and other Project management tools, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp considered an asset
Strong skills in Project & Client Management, Budget & Cost Management, Schedule Management, Technical Documentation
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing more than one complex mid to large scale full project lifecycle – concept through construction and installation
Collaborate closely with designers to ensure translation of design intent through documentation, material selections and execution
Primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors and fabrications; must have vendor/supply chain experience, site/construction experience
Managing and mentoring a small team, contributing to a high-performance, collaborative studio culture
Clear communicator (verbal and written), Solution-oriented mindset, Strong Leadership presence with collaborative style, a natural sense of aesthetic discernment and a passion for craftmanship, high standards of professionalism, discretion and accountability
Conduct frequent travel, including international trips, for site visits, shop inspections, and client meetings as required by project demands

This role balances creative thinking with technical rigor, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and aligned with project intent.

4–8 years of interior design or architectural experience.
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

Produces and coordinates drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules with accuracy and consistency.

Coordinates with internal teams, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment across disciplines.
Reviews and contributes to technical drawing submissions with a high level of accuracy, ensuring design intent is clearly communicated in construction drawings

The Junior Interior Designer supports the design and documentation of hospitality and luxury interior environments. With 1–5 years of professional experience, this role contributes to concept development, technical documentation, material research, FF&E selections, and presentation deliverables. Working closely with Project Directors, Senior Designers, and the broader design team, the Junior Interior Designer helps execute project tasks with rigor, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Credentials or Qualifications:
1–5 years of interior design or architectural experience.
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Software proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
