The Project/Technical Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of hospitality and luxury environments, leading projects from concept through execution while balancing design integrity, technical coordination, team performance, and client outcomes. With 10+ years of professional experience, this role oversees project direction, drives execution strategy, and ensures alignment between the design vision, schedule, and buildability.
Working closely with the Owner, Project Directors and senior design staff, the Project/Technical Lead leads internal teams, coordinates external consultants and clients, and maintains momentum across all phases of work. This role combines leadership, communication, technical oversight, and operational accountability to ensure projects are delivered with clarity, consistency, and excellence.
Credentials:
10+ years of architectural experience within hospitality, luxury residential, or commercial environments.
Degree in Architecture or equivalent (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Professional certification or registration is an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills, fluent in spoken and written English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite and other project management softwares
Proficiency in Revit is considered a bonus.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Responsibilities include:
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or complex projects through all project phases.
Acts as the primary point of leadership and coordination between clients, and consultants with senior team members, and internal teams.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers and project team members.
Leads client presentations as required, internal project discussions, and coordination meetings with professionalism and clarity.
Navigates complex conversations and project challenges while maintaining trust, alignment, and confidence across teams.
Builds strong client relationships through responsiveness, leadership, accountability, and strategic communication.
Reviews presentations and technical drawing packages to ensure design intent is clearly and accurately conveyed and contract deliverables are met.
Creates master project schedules and leads scheduling discussion with the client and internal team.

The Studio & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for bringing the Studio Paolo Ferrari brand to life through exceptional hospitality, thoughtful operational support, and the execution of the studio's marketing and cultural initiatives.
Acting as the steward of the studio experience, this role oversees front-of-house operations, social media execution, marketing coordination, studio events, awards submissions, website updates, and internal culture initiatives while supporting the day-to-day operation of the studio.
The Studio & Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring every interaction with Studio Paolo Ferrari reflects the studio's commitment to design excellence, hospitality, and attention to detail.
This role is ideal for an organized, creative, service-oriented individual who enjoys balancing administrative coordination with brand storytelling and has a passion for design, culture, and creating memorable experiences.
Credentials or Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Studio Coordination, Office Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related role
Experience within Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality, Fashion, Creative Services, or Luxury Brands strongly preferred
Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, social media, and visual storytelling
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design software preferred
Experience managing social media platforms and website content

Managing front desk reception and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
Coordinating hospitality for meetings, presentations, and client visits
Maintaining studio kitchens, meeting rooms, hospitality spaces, and shared environments to the highest standard
Coordinating studio events and initiatives both internally and externally
Managing birthday and anniversary celebrations, employee gifts, and hospitality initiatives
Helping maintain the overall presentation, atmosphere, and day-to-day experience of the studio
